Bernie Bernstein
Bernie is a PhD student at the University of Colorado at Boulder. His
primary interest is in computer supported argumentation systems and is
writing his dissertation about Euclid, a collaborative hypertext system for
the Mac. His bachelors degree is from SUNY Albany, and he has been hacking
the Mac ever since his second year of college in 1985. He has interned at
Apple a few times in the summers of '90 and '91, and contributed to AOCE
and a former project in Apple's Advanced Technology Group.
Chris DiGiano
Chris DiGiano received his masters degree in computer science from the
University of Toronto and his bachelors degree from the University of North
Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is currently a PhD student at the University of
Colorado at Boulder. He has several publications about using sound at the
computer-human interface with an emphasis on assisting programmers. His
current research looks at supporting the learning of complex programmable
systems.
